Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation by email. You will receive another notification once your order has been shipped.

The average shipping time for all orders is 4–12 business days. Please note that delays may occur with your order that are beyond our control.

How can I check the status of my order?
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that you can use to check the status of your order.
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as you received it—unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Please note that in the case of a return, the cost of return shipping must be borne by you as the customer.
